Easter Time

I haven't had much to post lately because our lives have been pretty quiet.
But as usual around Easter my mind and my heart turns to our Savior. This year was a little differnt for me though. Most of you know that Ryan and I teach in the primary, so in addition to the thought and prayers of our regular lesson planning we also have the sharing time next week. The theme is Jesus Christ is my Savior and we are to focus on teaching the kids about the 3rd Article of Faith which if you don't know talks about the importance of the atonement. We were also asked to give talks in sacrament meeting next month about the resurection. So with all of the research and preparation that I have been doing lately for all of these presentations I find myself thinking about and remembering the Savior all the time. It has added such joy and meaning into my life to think about him, his life, his sacrafice, and what it means me and to all of us. So when Easter Sunday came I found myself overwhelmed with emotion and with love for my Savior. We had a beautiful Easter program at church and it only increased the growth of my testimony of the Savoir and of our Heavenly Father's Plan for us. I am so thankful to have knowledge and a testimony of the Father's plan, and for the opportunity that I have to feel his spirit each week in primary. I love serving in the primary. It think that it is the most special place in the church and I know that were Christ here on earth that, that is where he would spend his time also. Thank you to all of you for your great examples and friendships. I hope you too had a Happy Easter.

Thanks for sharing your testimony! Mara just loves you two as her teachers. She is also upset because she has been memorizing the articles of faith and she forgets each week to tell you. She wants to share the ones she knows (1-3,8) with you. so if you remember on Sunday ask her to tell them to you.
