Hayden's Due Date

Today is Hayden's official due date and she is already here and 12 days old. I can't believe it, she is growing so fast. She is so much fun, and I am truely convinced that she is the best baby ever. I am not so sure about her mom though. Everything was going so perfectly. My milk came in on the 3rd day in great abundance and Hayden was a breastfeeding champ. Then on day 9 I woke up and my milk was completely gone, dried up. I noticed the boobies getting really sore and red. Then I started having crazy aches and pains with chills in my whole body that caused out of control convulsive shakes. I found out I had Mastitis and got started on some anti-biotics. I kept pumping and making Hayden try to eat to get my milk supply back, and it has very slowly started increasing everyday, but is still not enough for her and we are having to supplement with some formula. Then last night I started having an allergic reaction to my anti-biotics and by this morning my entire torso is covered in a crazy itchy rash. So needless to say this week is not quite as nice as last, but due entirely to me. Hayden is still perfect, and getting chubbier yet more beautiful everyday.
