I adopted him 9 years ago as a little kitten, and he has been my baby ever since.
When I got married he stayed with my mom until Ryan and I were ready for him to move in with us.
Ryan really wasn't sure he wanted a cat.
(he had always hated them)
But he agreed to let Jack live with us and they have been best bros. ever since.
The object of all of our pictures, jokes, mockings ect.
Jack was funny throughout my pregnancy.
This is when he moved into:
He would always try to snuggle with my belly when I would lay on the couch.
And he became SUPER lovey dovey with me.
When Hayden first came home Jack moved into:
Jack delveloped an interesting limp.
That seemed to come and go, and switch legs.
This limp magically disappeared when my mom came to visit,
and started showing him more attention.
After that week, Jack moved into:
"THE ANNOYED PHASE"
If Jack walked into a room and we were in there with the baby,
he would just look at us then turn around and walk back out.
If he was on the couch and we sat down next to him with the baby.
He would jump up and move somewhere else.
Now Jack has moved into:
"THE CURIOSITY PHASE"
He is starting to walk past Hayden over and over again if she is laying on the floor.
He tries to sniff her, and get close to her,
but it's like he doesn't want us to know he is curious
so if he sees us watching him he will quickly play it off
as if he's doing something else.
I hope he and Hayden can learn to live in harmony together.
I can't wait for the days to come when she is crawling, and chasing him around the house;
watching her squeal and grab him.
I hope they will be great buds and love each other as much as we love the both of them.

THat is funny. I have never been a cat fan, but Jack sounds like a fun cat to have around. I hope he and Hayden become best of friends.
That is funny! How smart is your cat though, wow, like he makes up a limp... haha, i love it!
I found your blog on Natalie Vicker's blog. I'm not sure you remember me, but I was in your ward for awhile.
Congratulations...your baby girl is beautiful!!!
