Wow! Time really flies.
I can't believe that this little boy will be here in just a few short weeks.
This reality hit me at my doctor's appt. this past week,
when they mentioned how far along I was, I had somehow lost track.
It's funny cause with Hayden I could tell you to the day how far along I was.
This time I am lucky if I know what week i'm in without looking at a calender.
It lit a fire under me for this weekend.
I am currently in the process of sanding down and refinishing a dresser for baby boy.
It has turned out the be a very time consuming project, but
I am happy to say that after Ryan and I tag teaming it this last Saturday,
all the sanding is done, I just need to prime, paint, and hardware.
Once the dresser is done.
I am going to pull up the nasty carpet in the 3rd bedroom
to reveal the beautiful hardwood underneath.
(It's funny because they re-carpeted or refinished the floors
in the entire house, except for 1 bedroom - weird)
Once I get the floors in good condition, and fix up a few other things
(gold light-switches/outlets/air vents and a bang up paint job)
Then I am moving Hayden into that room.
(It's smaller, and she needs less than the new baby.)
Then I have to repaint the other bedroom and fix that up a little,
before I move all his stuff in.
Then I still need to wash, organize, and figure out what we still need.
All before he gets here!
I am seriously feeling the pressure.
Hayden came 2 weeks early, and if he follows suit.
(hopefully he won't)
Then he will be here in 3 weeks!
That is so scary, I am so not ready - definitely anxious to meet him,
but not ready to have him here just yet.
Wish me luck, I think i'll need it to get everything done in time.

Wow! That sounds like a lot but I love to do house projects. I would love to help if you need any! I did some painting when I was pregnant and it was nice to have help. Just call me-really!
