Almost 30 Weeks

(Please ignore my messy house and food stained shirt)

I feel so bad that this new baby is being a little overshadowed
by the move, law school and the fact that I am chasing around
a VERY active 13 month old baby all day long.

But even though I don't blog about him all the time
or post lots of ultrasounds or pregnancy pics.
He is ALWAYS in my heart, my mind, and my prayers.

How can I forget about him.
He is such an ACTIVE little boy.
Hayden was always wiggling around, almost constantly.
And this little guy is the same way, but he doesn't do just little wiggles.
He is hardcore with the punches, kicks, rolls and stretches.

I feel like he is so much bigger than Hayden was.
(Even though my weight gain and measurements have so far, been the same)

He is really making me feel pregnant.
I say "really" because Hayden was the easiest little girl to carry.
She wiggled, but never hurt me with her kicks.
She never found her way up into my ribs.
She never gave me heartburn - besides a couple of minor occasions.
She never gave me back pain/achiness.
I never swelled up or retained any water.
I slept through the night (not even getting up to pee) until the night she was born.
And I was never uncomfortable.
When she came 2 weeks early, I felt totally cheated out of my last two weeks of pregnancy.

This little guy gives me:
Heartburn
Back pain/achiness
Sciatic nerve pain
Headaches
I STILL get nauseous almost everytime I eat.
I can't sit for more than about an hour.
I TOTALLY already have a waddle.
And I have Braxton Hicks ALL THE TIME!
It seems like almost every movement I make sets them off.
I get short of breath really easily.
And I have NO energy - I nap almost everytime Hayden does.
(which means I don't get much done around the house.)

Luckily I am still sleeping really well at night.
I haven't had any water retention/swelling.
And with all the junk food/eating out because of the move,
I have managed to keep my weight gain down.

We still have 10 more weeks of this,
I hope he and I can both hang in there that long.

Oh and BTW, we still have no names for baby boy Hunt.
Any help or ideas you can give us would be great!
Thanks

Oh girl, how I feel your pain! I didn't have such a blissful first pregnancy as you but I can tell you with each baby it gets more uncomfortable and a whole lot more exhausting =). I don't have any good ideas for names...we struggled enough figuring out Gideon but I wish you lots of luck. You are doing a great job with everything and you look great!

Boy names are hard. We fought almost until the end about a name for our #3. You look great.

How lucky you got to avoid all that with Hayden! I can't lie I hope my little bean is a boy. It will be easier and financially better to have a girl...but still. This pregnancy has been SO different for me too that's why I think its a boy. We are opposite Kenzie was hard on me, this one has been a million times better so far! We don't have ANY girl names so we will be in trouble if that's the case. If it's a boy we like Cooper or Kaleb- leaning more towards Cooper. You can borrow one if you'd like. :)
